I am planning my stages in Galicia and I booked an albergue that was listed in the Wise Pilgrim app as being in "A Calle O Outeiro" but the address in Booking.com comes through as Ferreiros. I have Wise Pilgrim, Village to Village, and Wise Pilgrim and none of these guidebooks mention Ferreiros. Are A Calle and Ferreiros the same village? Confused.

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
Ferreiros is the village closest to the 100km mark. Its a pretty small village. The other is the street address
I stayed there in 2017 as a 'walk in', but cant remember the name of the albergue.

It is Calle, which is a generic name for road. Brea means the same thing and there are two of them on the Camino Francés in Galicia. It is very near one of the Ferreiros, which as @Anamiri mentions is also another village on the camino closer to Sarria. Ferreiros is a common name here as well, and refers to an ironworker of some sort (generally a farrier).

For anybody else using Booking.com you should know that the town names given do not always match the actual location. This is particularly true for the more rural locations which frequently choose the nearest city to capture more search results and is even more prevalent in Portugal. If in doubt, view it on the map which is always very accurate.

A Calle de Ferreiros, or in short form A Calle is a hamlet (in Spanish: lugar - place) in and of the parish of Ferreiros. The other 'places' of this parish are A Boavista, O Casal, Fontalén, A Igrexa, Lengüelle, Outeiro, A Ponte, Quintás, Regas, A Salceda, Suso and A Torre. These lugares are very small; A Calle de Ferreiros had only 83 inhabitants (counted in 2013).

It is a bit like Manhattan and Haarlem being a 'lugar' of New York, except that they have many more inhabitants and they are not small separate entities that are clearly visible as such.

BTW, I am not sure what you booked but I see a Casa do Horreo in Booking.com with the following address:

A Calle número 6, Ferreiros, 15824 O Pino, Spain

While calle usually means street, it doesn't for this address. Here it does refer to the place named A Calle which is so small that there are no streetnames and the houses are simply numbered. So here it is A Calle in Ferreiros in O Pino in Spain.
