Leaving oviedo on aug. 30 for the primitivo,am 73 and on my first camino.
Hi Beeman,

I am 69 and will be leaving Oviedo on the 29th of August taking it easy getting to Santiago in 13 days, so we might meet up somewhere.

Having walked the Frances three times in 2014, 2015 and 2016 including Finisterre and Muxia each time, this year will be different.

Buen Camino,

Mike

An "avatar" for you! Taken on the Primitivo near Fonsagrada 2009. If you keep your eyes open you will see hives in their enclosures, ancient stone "cortins" and modern barbed wire. (to keep bears out). Enjoy :)
