Italy is HOT-HOT-HOT!!!
We have passed a number of Via Francigena signs with arrows pointing in two directions - one to Rome and the other to Santiago! I have taken photos and will post them when I get home.
We are having a really good walk through forests and fields, passing grand castles, medieval villages and settlements. We have done almost 400kms so far and have 300 left to go.
Wish us luck!

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

Even in Norway is 30 degrees Celcius now, so I can imagine that Italy is VERY hot ! Cool with the signs  , looking forward to se pictures and hopefully hear more about your trip.

Take care, and have a lovely walk further on as well !

Good luck with the rest - where did you start? How long have you been walking? Due to start August - night walking may be the order!!!!!

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
