Italy is HOT-HOT-HOT!!!
We have passed a number of Via Francigena signs with arrows pointing in two directions - one to Rome and the other to Santiago! I have taken photos and will post them when I get home.
We are having a really good walk through forests and fields, passing grand castles, medieval villages and settlements. We have done almost 400kms so far and have 300 left to go.
Wish us luck!

Good luck with the rest - where did you start? How long have you been walking? Due to start August - night walking may be the order!!!!!

We have an amaWalkers group walking now - Day one to Fucecchio.

Oh dear! New to this forum lark - will no doubt get the hang of it in due course!

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.
