Needed help in identifying this Pablo Neruda poem

"Here it does not rest, a past
I summoned with a bell
so that things awaken
and the rings gather around me,
which have separated from fingers
obeying death:

I did not want to reconstruct
the hands or the sadnesses:

after everything,
once and for all
shall die this century of agony
that taught us to assassinate
and to die of survival."

I came across this translated version, but I can't find the original. If you can send me the original text and title I would be really grateful. I am planning to read it/sing it in Spanish.

That appears to be a translation of a section of Neruda's 1969 book length extended poem "Fin de mundo". Translated by William O'Daly in 2009 as "World's End". Unfortunately I cannot find the Spanish text of "Fin de mundo" freely available online.
