New Original Camino Gear Designed Especially with The Modern Peregrino In Mind!
Looks like spring?
Mid June so just a week away from official summer. In 2015 this way was the alternative route, now, I think, it's the main way. I really liked the mix of farm fields and wild meadows along the road. There were still poppies blooming (we had been seeing them for a month already). I have poppies pictures from along this section but they are for later.

I’ve only walked winter and spring but after seeing photos of summer and fall with the dried, burnt fields, seems spring is the most vibrant season. Particularly the waves going across the bright green wheat fields... magic! That said, my bucket list includes the fall grape harvest and festivals that come with them. Might have to do that as a non-Camino trip to Spain!

I am wondering how you disconnect, in part, from the world. I have a couple of reasons that I need to be accessible but, I don't want to be constantly connected on this journey. Ideas?
Can anyone tell me if food is available there… anyone stayed recently? Cheers
If you’re walking the Camino Portugues right now I’d recommend you avoid the complementario route into Pontevedra. While it is quiet and green and follows the river, it’s also a muddy mess. I...
