Has anyone actually gotten hot low fat or skimmed milk for their coffee leche in a bar on the CF or in a Restaurant? If it is not available then I would prefer not to ask for it.

It is available. Maybe not in every bar, but it's not uncommon at all.

As an FYI, I was able to get Skim milk in the supermarkets inApril/Mayof2023, but,as I suspected, none of the bars we stopped at on the CF offered it.
