Time of past OR future Camino
This is the first .. just 6 days from colombres to Oviedo. A taster.
I am starting my weeks walking (first time) around San Vincent de la Barquera. Does anyone know where I might get a pilgrim passport? This trip was only booked 3 days ago when I decided to get some head space! Need a pilgrim passport. Any suggestions?

Another option would be your local pilgrims association. Nearly all of the country organizations issue them. You don't say where you are from, but I always get my credential from APOC (American Pilgrims on the Camino). You might find one in the albergue in San Vicente, but I wouldn't count on it.

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

Depending on how you plan to reach San Vicente you might be able to get a pilgrim passport in the Cathedral in Santander, or at the albergue there, if arriving via Santander airport. Alternatively if coming in to Asturias airport then the cathedral/cathedral office in Lugo might be of help.
You can also check out the CSJ website, along with the time needed to receive the passport in the UK (2 weeks minimum). The page also has links to other countries confraternities and suggestions as to where you can easily get a credencial..

Tia Valeria,

The Asturias airport is outside of Oviedo, not Lugo. I think you may have confused the two.
