Trouble downloading Buen Camino App, any suggestions?

I am wondering if anyone can help. I am having trouble with the Buen Camino app. It does not complete the download at all, so I can not see the route we are walking. I have uploaded and uninstalled it several times, and restarted my phone (new last year) with the app installed and without. It just gets stuck at 95 and 65%. Any suggestions??

I've had that problem in the past. You can send a Whatsapp message to the developer at +34 654 504 390, or an email to info@editorialbuencamino.com.

Intenta borrar archivos posiblememte la memoria este llena y no deje descargar mas archivos

I had sent an email to Carlos, the developer, not expecting such a fast reply! They are working on the app currently and there will be an update soon.
