Trying to make this post a little more useful after feedback, I have put the primary stations in bold, and indented the secondary. This is list of rail stations along the
Camino Frances for those looking to skip portions, or hopscotch around.
Frankly, for all but primary to primary rail station transport, buses are much better (ALSA)

- Altsasu (node for San Sebastian, Vitoria/Gasteiz, Pamplona
- Miranda de Ebro (node for Logrono, Burgos, Vitoria/Gasteiz)
- Palencia (node for Santander, Valladolid, Leon) (and Madrid)
- Monforte de Lemos (node for Lugo, Ourense, Ponferrada)
