Hello!
Have just joined this forum-it seems an excellent site-full of useful info!
I have a question please:I will finish in Sarria (having already walked Sarria to Santiago) how do I get from Sarria to Santiago by 11am as I need to catch a plane? There appears to be no bus going in that direction & via Lugo is too late as first morning bus from Lugo To Santiago leaves at 10.155 & doesn't arrive in Santiiago until 13.15 Taxi from Sarrria to Santiago would be too costly.Thanking you. Martin

Ideal pocket guides for during and after your Camino. Each weighs just 40g (1.4 oz).
Hola - As far as I can see from the timetables this can't be done to get you there on time. I think you'll need to plan again so that you set out for Santiago the day before. Miguel? Falcon? can you think of any other way?

Thank you very much, Johnnie Walker-yes, I think you are correct-I need to reschedule & leave Sarria the day before I catch the plane. Muchas gracias!

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

It should be possible to take the first bus out of Lugo (7:00 am) to Santiago, and get off at the airport (approx. 8:50 am). The next bus out of Lugo is at 8:00 am and stops at Santiago airport at approx. 9:30 am. Either would allow you to catch your 11:00 am flight.
From Sarria to Lugo the first bus leaves at 7:45 am, which is too late for any useful connection. You could, however, take a taxi which does the trip in less than 1/2 hour.
As a Camino walker, getting up early should not be a problem

Dear Fraluchi, thanks for replying-that's very interesting-this must be a different bus company to Alsa as they do not run a bus that eartly from Lugo-I would appreciate if you could advise the name of the bus company you are referring to (or the link) as it would suit me greatly-thanking you (& yes I agree no problem rising early!)
