Ivar posted a useful link the other day about this. I suggested about 25€ per day and Ivar's link suggested about 1€ per kilometre of the Camino, so about the same.
Even 200 pounds is 40 pounds per week which is only 6 per day which might cover food but nothing else. If money is so tight why not do just half the camino?
