Starting a new Camino with an old credencial?

Time of past OR future Camino
Camino Frances 2008, half Via del Plata 2011, Camino Fisterra 2011, Camino Aragones 2013.
Walked the Camino Aragones last year and am doing Salvador and Primitivo this year (leaving for Leon tomorrow!). I will get the special Salvador credencial in Leon but I am wondering if I can use last year's credencial from the C Aragones (which has only been stamped about eight times) for the Primitivo or am I obliged to get a new one?

As it only had 3 sellos in it I used the same credential I had used for SDC to Fisterra one year for my journey from SJPP to SDC the following year. Didn't have a problem at the pilgrims office.

As far as I know, the pilgrim's office is mainly concerned with stamps certifying the last 100 km.
I'd add "Leon" to "place of beginning" ("Comienza la peregrinación en....), considering that the bureau is currently delivering a "certificate of distance".
Buen camino!

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
I use partial credentials all the time when hiking the trails east of Santiago. The only ones you don't recycle are the ones with the Santiago Cathedral stamp on the ID page, certifying you finished the pilgrimage.

Why should you have any problem. You can use any paper, for instance a roll of toiletpapier with all you sello's on it.

I have reused them too. No problems.

For me...every Camino is a new and unique experience. I got my first credential (2008) at the Pilgrims Office in SJPDP. It's sellos are an accurate collection of my many detours and special pilgrims.
My second CP...has some unique sellos..."Dona Fernanda's hand made" sello, etc.
Number 3...CIngles...has mud where I dropped it and blood when i zigged when I shudda zagged
The CF from Sarria...is a testimony to the ability of a credential to withstand many, many soakings and dryings next to a roaring fire...or three minutes in a microwave
I return to the CF in April, proudly presenting my Forum attained credential from the Cathedral of Santiago...What memories will that credential elicit?
Buen "now where is that plastic sleeve" Camino

Whether you decide on an new or the part used credencial you can have both the Salvador and the Leon to Santiago one stamped while on the Salvador
