Tarragona to Llieda

We want to walk the Cami Sant Jaume next spring from Tarragona to Llieda. I can find only the most basic of information about it on line. Can anyone suggest a comprehensive guide with stages, accommodations and terrain?

In this area there is the Cistercian route that I have done by bicycle and it is very interesting, especially the three monasteries.
I do not know this section of the Camí de Sant Jaume by foot, we can say that it is not official. But it must be the natural one for the pilgrims of Tarragona.
Callum's guide does not include this section, however, it includes the Ebro path. So I don't know of any guide with the Tarragona - Lleida section.
What I have found are the Wikiloc tracks of the "Amics del CamÌ de Sant Jaume. Sabadell".
