Tomorrow we take the slow train to SJPdP :!:

I love this forum - I've learnt a lot, have taken far too many notes (I'm sure I'll lose them if I need to), have shared with others their joys and their fears and I can't believe the time has gone so quickly  I'm also wondering how it will feel to part from my beloved ( of nearly 36 years in all ) for so long. As with the Camino, I'm taking one step at a time.......

If I can, I shall log on now and then - though I type so slowly that I'll probably read more than I'll write  I'm not a technophobe, just technolazy, I'm afraid.

Ivar - expect a parcel from St. Jean ! (do the Post Offices sell those boxes in France, too ? )

To all who have walked, are walking, or shall walk - and those who can only do it in spirit -

Buen Camino

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

€83,-
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
“May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be ever at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face and the rain fall softly on your fields. And may God hold you in the hollow of his hand.”
Buen Camino.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Yes, china cat, you can send a package from SJP to Ivar. I hope my package has arrived.

CC, I am sending you a pm of a massuese in Sto Domingo. She is wonderful & not expensive.

Hi all

Thank you so much for your good wishes :D

I will indeed hug the Saint, John.

I carry the Irish blessing everywhere - thanks for wishing it for me, Steve.

And thanks William.

and thanks for the thought re: the masseuse, Kelly - I've been pondering which charity to donate to, on your behalf - they don't like taking my blood - I'm often anaemic (never could spell that  ).
I want it to be something that fits with what you're doing.

Buen Camino

CC, any charity in your area would be fine. I´m partial to animal shelters & animal rescue operations. :D

Buen Camino!

Kelly, live from Hontanas

This will be easy :)

Consider it done (in 2 months!)
We have a rescue dog and 2 cats which were wild - and a horse which terrified her owner - she's a pussy-cat really.
Buen Camino to you
