Just curious...as I am reading posts so far this year, does it seem to others that the weather
is colder and snowier than other years?

Just finishe'd the Camino Portuguese. Weather was standard 50s and low 60s with some rain but not too much. We only got rained on hard for one afternoon.

I'm not aware of any information indicating colder snowier weather than is considered within standard deviation of 'normal' for the area.
 
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
seems a colder and slightly rainier spring to me this year too - and the Napoleon pass still has snow on it - the years vary; my first Camino was from March 9th in Moissac and was glorious sunshine most of the way (but not in wet Galicia of course!).
