I used flygresor.se to find a cheap ticket. You can do an open jaw ticket search.

Hi, Mari!

You can try http://www.vueling.com/en
They fly from Copenhagen and their nearest airport to SJPdP is Pamplona from where you can take bus or taxi to SJPdP.
Next close connections are to San Sebastian, Bilbao (Bilbo), Santander, Toulouse, Lyon, Madrid, Paris etc. (I'm sure their best deals are for Spanish airports) from where you can take either http://www.renfe.com/ (in Spain) or http://www.sncf.com/ (from France) if you'd like to take the train to SJPdP.

Ultreia!

You may consider flying to Biarritz (BIQ), if possible. Then a local bus or taxi to Bayonne train station (quite near), and a 2 hrs train to SJPP. These are standard public options, no need to make reservations, emailing persons or companies, etc. I personally think the Pamplona option is more complicated.
