The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
If you can search posts by @mspath then you might find plenty of good advice/comments as she regularly walks winter caminos.

Saskia,

Winter is a wonderful time to walk but you must be PREPARED!
Be sure to read the tips and advice which others and I have posted in this earlier thread.

Since you suggest Logrono as your starting point do be aware that in bad weather many steep descents on the camino would be treacherous and following smaller parallel roads might be necessary for example the stretch west from Najera to Santo Domingo de la Calzada. However, Christmas at Granon should be a wonderful experience since every night at Granon is so special. Their open fireplace is a cozy spot on any winter night!

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.

Hi, Saskia!

Less than one year ago I was thinking of going on winter camino (Frances) and I've done some research on albergues opened during winter. I've posted this at that time and more experienced pilgrims & posters adviced that one should always ask hospitalero for the next stage options or/and make a phone call to make shure about availability.

Thank you for the link to earlier post. I will read it carefully and think about it. I haven't decided yet.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.
