An online guide in English with a Xunta de Galicia logo is at http://www.caminodesantiago.gal/en/make-plans/the-ways/winter-way
There are only 4 languages available there so the articles may be talking about a book.
They are. If you look at the photo in the article in La Voz also i you do not understand too much Spanish one can use A on line translator to give you some idea of what the article(s) are about.
The link you gave above makes me smile a bit as it publishes an image of the church next to me. I am some around 20 mins walk off the route. (It is long if you walk back again as it is a steep up hill trek).

I just registered for this site. It looks like it might be something very good. I also downloaded the free app to my iPhone.

As I hope to do the Invierno this April, I may try to use this to plan ahead. We will see how this works out...

They're also promising they won't run out, because they're reprinting it according to demand, and the guide book has space for all our sellos and will serve as a credencial.

I LIKE the Xunta.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

I take it from Rick and Ribeirasacra's comments that the website Rick linked to is different from the guide described. Is there an online version of the guide?
I'm not particularly good at web searches in languages other than English but I did find the news item about new guide to the Invierno is also mentioned at
https://somoscomarca.es/turismo-galicia-edita-una-nueva-guia-del-camino-invierno/

It says:

(This guide adds to the information already available through the app and the website of the Smart Camino project, but Nava Castro encouraged the attendees not to stop sharing their knowledge with visitors, "as good hosts", and stressed that the Camino de Santiago, "besides supposing an enormous cultural wealth, generates economic and social benefits, opens new business opportunities and niche markets, stimulates local economies, diversifies them and, in this way, helps to fix of population in rural environments".)

The website mentioned above was linked and the English version of the page linked to was already mentioned above: http://www.caminodesantiago.gal/en/make-plans/the-ways/winter-way

The word app was not linked to but the description of it in English can be found at: http://www.caminodesantiago.gal/en/get-ready/technological-utilities-and-services/the-ways-app

The app is available in English. This is probably the app that @t2andreo mentioned downloading.

Hi Folks can anyone advise about the ease. or lack of ease. of pack transport along the Invierno route? Many Thanks Michael.
We’re scoping out accommodation on the Invierno, and @C clearly noticed that Pensión As Viñas is on booking. There is an annotation “new to booking.” Many of us stayed there before the albergue...
