We are looking for companies that do daily transfers of our larger backpacks from one town to the next so we just need to take a daypack for our daily walk. We are starting in either Pamplona or Burgos at the beginning of June of this year ending in Santiago on June 21st.
Also, we will have one suitcase that we would like to send on to Santiago from either Pamplona or Burgos to Santiago with things we will need for our ongoing trip to visit family in the U.K.
I am so excited as the Camino has been on my Bucket List for ever and I need to do it before I hit the big 80 in a couple of years.

Check out the Spanish Correos transfer service. See more in English on this web.

They pick up and deliver almost everywhere and the price is roughly 5 euros per bag. Every albergue has the Correos instruction tag/envelope. The first time that you want to use them ask the hospitalero for help. You can book using your phone.

Store your big case with Casa Ivar. See more here-- http://www.casaivar.com/luggage-storage-in-santiago-de-compostela/

Good luck and Buen camino !

The 9th edition the Lightfoot Guide will let you complete the journey your way.
The Post Office (Correos) can send your bag to the Post Office in Santiago if you wish or any other post office in Spain. Just pick up from there.

I have never encountered an alburgue that doesn't have the little envelopes you put your E5 into and attach to your bag. The alburgue staff will also normally inform the people who will pick your bag up and deliver it to your end point for the day.

All works very well because they have been doing it for quite a few years now I understand.

I take a small backpack with water and a bit of food for each days walk but often I'll stop someplace and get a snack if I feel like it so the day-pack is very light and easy to lug around.

Have fun and Buen Camino.

I am using a service by CaminoFacil to move my bag from hotel to hotel for me. Check them out online.
