€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Anyone who can nab them would be lucky to get them! I stayed there two nights ago. It’s easily the best albergue I’ve ever stayed in. First class—organized, clean, good food, privacy in your bed, gorgeous views, welcoming host.
Walked the CF in Aug 2023. Not very often inclined to comment on forums, however when Borda is mentioned I feel an obligation. This albergue was definitely in the top 10% (which translates as top three) of my walk, but its most distinguishing feature was Laurent. A dedicated hospitalero whose words and attitude provided an initial and lasting inspiration for my journey. The camaraderie established with the other occupants on that stopover was fostered and promoted by our host [as well as endorsing the other positive comments from Ruth].

I stayed tyere on 10th October 2023, and would also say that the standard is very high. Great organisation, fabulous location on the edge of the mountain. Great view of the stars from my dorm. Very modern and comfortable. Clear instructions from Lorenzo especially for newbies. Advantage in being up a bit higher than Orrison. Fabulous start to the next morning. The mountain was mine! Best day ever.

New Original Camino Gear Designed Especially with The Modern Peregrino In Mind!
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.

Good morning, Did you stay in the private room?

I stayed in the dorm, 4 beds, great partitions ensure privacy.Funny, I also spent time looking at the stars in a bright night sky! Very modern, top class would love to stay again.

We booked the private room for a couple in my group last year. They loved it! There's a nice warm little woodstove in there too!
Thank you! Good to know about the woodstove! We are staying there May 8th, and just found out I have to pay for bed sheets and towels separately, which I have included now. Laurent offered a sleeping bag, but I don't know if there is a charge for that, and/or if there are blankets. I told him I am not carrying any bedding stuff because I am staying in hotels (if I can). Do you remember if there were any blankets?

I know there are blankets. Are you staying in the private room or in the albergue beds? He charges €6 for sheets and a towel, which is a good deal.
