We left SJPP on the 14th. I think it depends what sort of accommodation you are happy with. Some private albergues are closing now. For example in Larrasoana we stayed at Albergue San Nicolas on the 15th - it was their last night.
I’d look at things a day or two in advance as to where you hope to walk and consult Gronze as to what’s open. Bigger towns should be less of a problem.
