Time of past OR future Camino
Finish the other half.......as soon as I think my iffy knee will be able.....I hope :)
Hi All,
Well, onlu a few days now, and my Daughter and I embark on our first Camino expierience.
So...a couple of questions I hope you can help with.
Firstly, does anyone have any expierience of finding safe parking at SJPP...maybe a campsite.
And secondly, due to time constraints, we are only walking as far as Burgos; next year will see us back to complete. How might we get back from Burgos to SJPP. I guess Burgos to Pamplona is easy, but from there to SJPP I am unsure of. We are on a budget, so taxis are out really.
Hoping you can give guidance.
Thank You.
Paul and Emma.
PS.- we arrive SJPP 31st of this month.

New Original Camino Gear Designed Especially with The Modern Peregrino In Mind!
Check out the website belonging to one of the nicest albergues in St Jean Pied de Port - Esprit du Chemin. On this link they give information about safe parking in St Jean. (Its the blue strip on the right side of the page.

You could get a bus to Pamplona and then the afternoon bus to St jean from there.

Thank you all for your helpfull information.
We got back to SJPdP just fine by bus.......easy when you know how !
We had a wonderfull Camino eperience; the hardest part was to leave the path once we had done what distance our time allowed.
Back next yeat to do some more....or even all the rest....who knows.
Why is it, that since my Camino, I find that some part of every day is spent planning how I can get away to do some more......................?
Paul.
