You can find timetables on this website. Several journeys per day. Takes a little under 2 hours to Bilbao. Then a short bus journey to the airport. Frequent service.

Maybe train or bus to Bilbao and then bus or taxi to the airport? Looks like you can get there either way. Probably the tickets are not yet available for purchase, but there are both buses and trains that go to Bilbao from Logrono per Rome to Rio.

Bus from Logrono bus station to Bilbao termibus and then take the 3247 bus from the same bus station to the airport.
