I've just found this news in the Ponte de Lima Town Hall website:

It's located after the old bridge (the place it's called "Além Ponte" in Arcozelo), the new albergue is situated in "Casa do Arnaldo (the first house on the right after the bridge).
The schedule in summer is from 17h to 22h (in the winter you have to call to the town hall first). It has 30 beds and 20 floor matresses. It has: free internet, kitchen, laundry (by hand).
The fees are:
Pilgrims on foot: 3,00€
Pilgrims on bike: 5,00€
others: 12,00€
