At peak periods at the moment waiting times are down to 40 - 45 minutes - a huge improvement on the 2 hours of previous years. Sometimes 12 - 1pm is quiet when the Pilgrims' Mass has started. But generally a good time is in the evening - 5- 8.30pm or so. The office closes at 9pm.
