Is the waymarking to Samos and then to Sarria on that route clearly evident? Thanks.

I have walked it 3 times with no questions . The walk from Triacastra to Samos is very pretty. And the monestary is well with a tour. The Albergue is crowded by nice.Is the waymarking to Samos and then to Sarria on that route clearly evident? Thanks.
I agree, and I found it claustrophobic. And actually the day I walked from Samos was very humid, even though it was October, and the canopy of trees and forested paths intensified the 'closeness'. I was relieved when the route joined the trail from San Xil.When leaving Samos I did not expect the tunnel like climb its of only a couple hundred meters but it takes your breath away not in a scenic way.
This is a great reminder that everyone is different! I loved the tunnel made by trees and moss. It was like being in a Tolkein story!I agree, and I found it claustrophobic. There are very few amenities after Samos, so walkers would be wise to take along food and definitely adequate water.
