Hi I am Maggiejane. Plan to start my Camino on Sept. 1 at Roncevalles.I will not arrive in Pamplona early enough to catch bus to Roncevalles. Would taking a taxi be an option? Cost?

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
There is a French taxi company called Express Bourricot that operate around the border they took me from Pamplona to St jean in 2010 for 25 Euros you have to book in advance. If you have the energy think about spending an extra day on the trail and walk from St jean it's a lovely walk.

There is an Alsa bus that leaves at around 2pm and costs €15.
This service is only operational from July to mid-September.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
Hello Maggie Jane, What time do you expect to arrive in Pamplona? Obviously if after 18.00 then yes, you will have missed the last possible bus.The taxi fare cost about euros 55. If you wait outside by the bus station, you might just be lucky enough to share with fellow pilgrims who find themselves in the same position as you. We didn't see anyone and had to take a taxi for ourselves. Anne
