Will Ivar hold a letter from US?

This would be an important banking letter coming from the US and I was hoping I could pick it up when I get to Santiago. In Pamplona now.

Just to be clear... Letters are ok from the US, if it is a box (or very large envelope) it might get stuck in customs. But a letter from a bank will usually be a small envelope...
