What about after Logroño? The list only goes that far.
Quel est le site des albergues d'hiver sur les Frances
Yes, it is a very poorly designed website. But useful once you know how to use it.You have to scroll down - I thought the same initially.
I passed San Anton about 10 days ago. Yes it was open!Surprised to see St Anton in Castrojeriz on the list though as pretty sure thats shut in the winter.
Yeah, and there are also some all-year private places that take their 2-week Winter break without necessarily advising the volunteers who maintain these list resources. It is a useful list for sure. I have walked 4 times in November/December. This list has alot of the open albergues. But no site is 100% accurate. I use this list and check out Gronze, and Wise Pilgrim and Buen Camino. (I know that Camino Ninja is back now also). But just because a list says an albergue is open it doesn't mean it is. No site has all the possible places to stay either. I always call ahead. Last year I stayed in at least 4 albergues that showed on Gronze open all year that the owners told me that they were closing within a week. One told me that the day I was there was the last day they were going to stay open.
