Field Report: Best albergue so far

I didn´t put this in the conversation about what is the one albergue not to miss because I haven´t finished the camino yet. But so far, aside from L´Esprit du Chemin in St Jean Pied de Port, the albergue I am in right now is by far the best one I´ve stayed in. It seems quite new and I´m not sure how long it´s been here, but I know it isn´t listed in the guide book from the Confraternity St James in London. It is called Lurgorri (I know, kinda sounds like lurgy, ha ha) and it is in Mañeru. It is a small place and privately owned by a very nice couple. It has 12 beds, the best showers so far, the cosiest feel, and the best food most definitely! It is an old house (connected to the owners´ house) that has been tastefully renovated in a nice mix of modern and traditional. There is a fabulous little courtyard that is so peaceful and lovely. There is a place to wash your clothes and lines to hang them on. Free internet. Complete kitchen. Cheap wine on offer. You feel like you´re in someone´s home. It´s great. They are very laid back here and rather than tell you what time meals are served, they ask you when you want to eat and what time you want to leave in the morning. It´s 10€, which includes breakfast. You get a decent meal for 7€. Fantastico! Seriously folks, put the word out. This place is awesome.
Ok then, off to bed. I have to get on the road in the morning.

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
Firstly, glad to know you are doing so well. Keep going.

Secondly, this is exactly what the forum is for. Sounds wonderful and the prices are excellent. I can see a few of the Class of 2012 taking careful notes here.

Thirdly, bit early but if you can get as much detail as possible for the next CSJ guide. It is first hand experience that gets new albergues included. Sleep well.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

Here is a pic from 2016, I love the simplicity of the sketch map and directions "1 km climb up, 5km flat, 5km down". I wonder how the prices are now?
Reposted from Wise Pilgrim comments, was hiking with this pilgrim. Don’t follow app,go just a bit further past to well marked turn, not the one with spray painted arrow on stop sign:
