I have seen 3 different opening times 9 am, 10 am and 10 30 am. Which one is correct

From the Pilgrim Office website: 0900 to 1900. Standard hours are shown as 1000 to 1800 but there is a caveat that closing can be brought forward by an hour. I can understand there might be some confusion.

Opening hours
From 9:00 am to 7:00 pm The Pilgrim’s Reception Office is open at these times every day of the year with the EXCEPTION of Christmas Day – 25th December, and New Year’s Day – 1st January. If you complete your pilgrimage on these days your Compostela can be obtained in the Cathedral.
