Is there a way to listen to it "after the fact", like a podcast?

Yes, it should be available for seven days via the BBC's 'Listen Again' facility. I'll put the link up once I've been interviewed.

I should point out that BBC WM is a local radio station covering Birmingham and the West Midlands (although Birmingham is England's second city). I'm not sure how long I'll have, but I'm assuming it will be a friendly interview allowing me to discuss some of the aspects of the Camino which have emerged for me on and since I walked last autumn.

Sil - I'll have to remember to point out that doing the solitary Levante might just be an ever so slightly different experience from the Frances this summer :!:

I have just endured the painful process of listening to myself!

If you go to:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p005yd1d

and then click on the 'Listen Again' button you can hear the show for the next seven days. The bit I am on starts at 35 minutes. The interview lasts for six or seven minutes, and I think went OK.

Alas, Rebekah you have been in Spain too long. If you squench up your face, listen intently, you can almost understand every word.

A fine job for the little time to respond to such good questions. Thanks Andy for posting the link. I just wish I could here the full length talk. Cheers to you and good luck,

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.

Hello all. Here to give a brief account of my (and many others) first day on the Camino on May 1. The trip to Roncesvalles was tough. I went Valcarlos route because napoleon was very ill advised...
I am wondering how you disconnect, in part, from the world. I have a couple of reasons that I need to be accessible but, I don't want to be constantly connected on this journey. Ideas?
Can anyone tell me if food is available there… anyone stayed recently? Cheers
If you’re walking the Camino Portugues right now I’d recommend you avoid the complementario route into Pontevedra. While it is quiet and green and follows the river, it’s also a muddy mess. I...
