Travel insurance for a nomad?

Hi I'm planning to do my Camino but I have no permanent address at the moment.

Which travel insurance can I buy if I am not a resident of any particular country?

thank you , I did that but it is still not clear where I can get a card from. The info makes it sound pretty good though.
